My husband and I recently closed on our first home. Needless to say, the home buying process is unlike any other purchasing transaction. I am not normally a person who leaves reviews...good or bad but the only way I could think of to show Dominique our appreciation (besides giving her our business) was to leave her the testimonial I have never given anyone else! From beginning to end Dominique was an absolute pleasure to work with. "Nice" only brings you so far but to add efficiency, detail oriented and educational service gets my 300% vote and recommendation. Compared to every other "vendor" we had to work with during this process, Dominique and her team were without a doubt the most cooperative people to work with. They got their job done on time (quickly and with my closing rush on top of it) and were extremely proactive. Dominique literally called my contractor for me to schedule an inspection because I was busy at work. All with the goal of getting my quote done in time for the closing. When faced with negative comments from other vendors in the process she kept her professionalism in check and my best interest in the forefront. Her quotes were thorough and her explanation of them was even more detailed...especially when being bombarded with ALL of my questions. We simply could not recommend her and her team any more!
